No variation of these conditions shall be binding unless agreed by letter signed by an Authorised Representative of Jewellery2clear. Please read the terms carefully before placing your order. We would advise you to retain a copy of them for your future reference.

Dispatching Orders

All orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Prices do not include charges for delivery, which are quoted apart. We always try to make sure that the prices on jewellery2clear.co.uk are accurate but occasionally errors or price changes may occur.

We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs, including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.

Exchanges & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange within 28 days after your purchase. Simply contact us by email and send the item back to us in its original condition and the packaging you received the item in. Also, it is advised to record the post as we accept no responsibility for lost items. Please advise us whether you require a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondance.

Please note that due to hygiene legislation we can not accept any refunds on earrings or body jewellery. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund items that arrive to us damaged or lost.

Defective Merchandise

If you find the merchandise to be defective, within 7 days of purchase, you may return it to us for replacement. Please contact us within 7 days if you find that your merchandise is defective. You must ship defective merchandise via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. You must purchase insurance from the courier. We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping and insurance, if the item is shipped from UK mainland.

Cancellation Of Orders

Orders can be cancelled at no cost to you, if the item has not been shipped. Please e-mail us, as soon as possible, if you decide to cancel an order, so that we can cancel shipment. Your credit card will be immediately credited, when a cancelled item has not been shipped.

If the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a cancelled order you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier, so you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit.

For items cancelled after they are shipped your account will not be credited until we receive the returned item. Cancelled orders, that have been shipped, must be returned unopened.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of Jewellery2clear for death or personal injury caused by the Jewellery2clears negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Limitations

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Jewellery2clear will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Interpretation and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions only cover the Jewellery2clear web site. Any other websites which you link to from this website are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for web sites that are not under our control. We are required by law to inform you that sales can only be concluded in English. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and each party agrees irrevocably to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your Statutory Rights

All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of trading are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
