About Us

We specialise in providing you with beautiful costume jewellery at discounted prices, including bracelets, necklaces, earrings and other ladies accessories. You won't find many of our jewellery items in the high street, which allows you to wear something slightly different at a very affordable price.

All of our items are discounted and some have a recommended retail price of £40.00 or more. We are substantially cheaper than similar retailers on the high street or many other jewellery suppliers. We can do this because our overheads are low and therefore we can provide you with lovely costume jewellery at fantastic prices.

We pride ourselves on having a friendly relationship with our customers. We hope that if you have any questions regarding any of our products you would contact us either by email or by telephone (0208 804 9672) and we'll hopefully be able to help or advise you.

Our stock changes regularly, so please add us to your favourites and recommend us to your friends and family!

Is shopping with you secure?

Absolutely. We use secure servers to process your order and accept payment. We do not keep your card details here or even see them at any point. Secure servers are provided by PayPal and Google Checkout to process your order and only they will use your card details to process the transaction. We take security very seriously, but should you have any concerns prior to ordering with us then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Is there a minimum order value when shopping with you?

Nope! Absolutely anything can be ordered from us regardless of your total order value, so if you're just looking for the one piece of jewellery then there are no restrictions on you just ordering that one item, as long as you understand that the postage and packaging will remain the same.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via your PayPal account balance if you have an account with them. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use their server to process your payment to us, you can simply use your credit or debit card without ever needing to sign up for an account with PayPal.

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. This is usually on the same day of purchase or the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us regarding any undelivered orders.

How much will delivery be?

UK Customers:
For all orders totalling £20.00 or more, excluding delivery charges, delivery will be completely FREE!
For orders under £9.99 in total postage and packaging will be £1.99 (First Class Royal Mail).
For orders that are £10.00 and over postage and packaging will be £2.99 (First Class Royal Mail).

When your order total is less than £10.00 (excluding delivery) a discount will show at the checkout to show you the saving on the standard £2.99 delivery charge, reducing the delivery charge to £1.99.

Your order will be dispatched either on the day that you have placed your order or the next working day. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

EU European Customers:
Please select the correct European Customers delivery option at the checkout stage. All orders to EU European destinations will cost a flat rate £6.00 and your order will be dispatched either on the day that you have placed it or the next working day. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.

You MUST select this option if you are a European customer. If you do not, and instead choose a cheaper UK option, we will refund your order and will not proceed with the transaction.

International Customers:
If you are outside of the United Kingdom and the EU please select the International Customers delivery option at the checkout stage. All orders to International destinations will cost a flat rate £10.00 and your order will be dispatched either on the day that you have placed it or the next working day. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to arrive.

You MUST select this option if you are an International customer. If you do not, and instead choose a cheaper UK option, we will refund your order and will not proceed with the transaction.

Am I able to get a refund on my order?

Should you not be happy with any of the items ordered and wish to return them you must inform us within 7 days by email. We will refund you in full for your order less the postage and packaging costs which we have incurred to dispatch your item(s). We will issue your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.

Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee: Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 28 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the postage and packaging costs which we have incurred to dispatch your item(s).

PLEASE NOTE: All earrings and body jewellery can only be refunded if faulty, earrings otherwise cannot be refunded or exchanged for obvious hygiene reasons.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We strongly recommend that you return your items by Recorded Mail (Signed For) to ensure security of the items and that they reach us safely. We also urge you to have your name and order number within your parcel somewhere, or on the back of the parcel, so that we know who to refund. We are a relatively small company but we do have quite a lot of orders and may not know who the parcel is from.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund items that arrive to us damaged or lost in the post.

What about returning defective merchandise?

If you find the merchandise to be defective, within 7 days of purchase, you may return it to us for replacement. Please contact Jewellery2clear within 7 days, if you find that your merchandise is defective. You must ship defective merchandise via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. You must purchase insurance from the courier. We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping and insurance, if the item is shipped from UK mainland.
